Our Customer Care Representatives
The entire Customer Care Team at Santa Margarita Animal Care Center enjoy interacting with each client and ensuring their comfort while their pet (family member) is with the hospital staff. Each CCR is efficient at multitasking but love to take a moment to watch the reunion between client and patient see how much they adore each other. The human animal bond is extremely special. When a CCR is not at the hospital each one enjoys spending time their own furry and non-furry family members, enjoying the outdoors and are active in social and church groups.
Santa Margarita Animal Care Center is fortunate to have multiple
Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT):
Nicole is the Hospital Team Leader. She wakes up each morning excited for the day’s possibilities. She feels that there is always an opportunity to learn something new. She enjoys helping very scared patients try to understand that we mean no harm and that we only want to help them feel their best. On her off days she enjoys everything from exploring the great outdoors to a couch and movie day.
Combined our RVT's have over 30 years experience in the veterinary field, are parents to both fur and non-fur children. They are consistently giving each pet the best care possible by using their experience and attending Continuing Education classes.
Our Veterinary Assistant Team:
Our Veterinary Assistants at SMACC are very important in helping each patient feel safe and nurtured while away from their owners. Their goals are to continuously gain knowledge and develop skills to help each new “fur” friend they meet. When they are way from the hospital they also enjoy spending time being active, visiting local markets, reading a great novel and having snuggle time with their own fur babies.
Our Pet Care Team:
Our Pet Care staff is a crucial member to the hospital team. They understand that animals are very routine oriented. They consistently keep our boarding patients comfortable, well fed and entertained. Often times you can hear a staff member talking or serenading with the patients. They will sit in a patients “house” providing a lap to snuggle or play ball. Pet Care really enjoys reuniting happy, barking patients with their families that are full of laughter and smiles. The human-animal bond is simply amazing.
